Ordering
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account, however, makes it easier to track orders and manage your purchase history.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other major credit/debit cards.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders can be changed or canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please email us immediately at fishantibioticslabs@gmail.com with your order number. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened items. We provide a prepaid return label for hassle-free returns.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Can I return opened or used items?
No. Due to safety regulations, opened or used fish antibiotics cannot be returned.
Fish Antibiotics
Are your fish antibiotics pharmaceutical grade?
Yes. All of our antibiotics are USP-grade, made in the USA, and meet pharmaceutical standards.
Do I need a prescription to order?
No prescription is required. All products are labeled for aquarium use only.
What if I’m unsure which antibiotic to use?
Each product page provides details about which infections it targets (such as fin rot, columnaris, or gill disease). You can also reach out to us for guidance.

Is it legal to buy fish antibiotics online without a prescription?
Yes. Fish antibiotics for aquarium use are legally available without a prescription in the USA.
How do I know which fish antibiotic I need?

Do your products work in saltwater aquariums?
Yes. Most antibiotics we carry can be used in both freshwater and saltwater systems.
Will using antibiotics harm the biological filter in my tank?
Yes, antibiotics can affect beneficial bacteria. We recommend monitoring your water parameters and performing partial water changes during treatment.
Can I use multiple fish antibiotics together?
We do not recommend combining antibiotics without proper guidance, as it may stress fish or disrupt the biological balance.
What is the difference between Fish Mox and Fish Mox Forte?
The main difference is strength per capsule. Fish Mox is 250mg, while Fish Mox Forte is 500mg.
How should I store unused fish antibiotics?
Keep bottles tightly closed at room temperature (59°F–86°F) in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
