• Domestic Shipping Only: We currently do not ship outside the United States.

• P.O. Boxes: Some items may not be deliverable to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is recommended at checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

Damaged or Missing Items
If any items arrive damaged or are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the packaging/product (if applicable).

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking number hasn’t updated or your package is delayed, please allow up to 5 additional business days past the expected delivery date before reaching out. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
